PAYDAY CONDOS

The Payday complex consists
of 21 Triplex units, constructed in wood, each unit with separate access. The complex was
constructed in 1974, but has been well maintained and is in good condition.
The condos have recently been re-roofed and re-sided.
The grounds
are quite extensive and well maintained. Our unit, seen in the photo on the right, is
basically the right hand half of the building and has three levels. There are three
exterior decks, although they don't get a lot of use in winter. Although a
condo, our unit has excellent privacy and generally feels more like a
home, due to its separate entrance and roomy interior. In fact,
many Payday condos are used as primary residences by their
owners. |

The hot tub comfortably seats 6-8 and is accessed from the
lounge / dining room. There are nice views from the tub, nevertheless it
remains relatively private. |

|
The lounge / dining room is very bright and
airy, with high cedar ceilings and direct sunlight from the upper deck
windows during the morning. The entire unit has gas central heating, in
addition to the gas fireplace in the lounge. A collection of books,
skiing videos and CDs is available for your use during your vacation. |

The kitchen is open plan and adjoins
the lounge/dining room. It is equipped with a full size refrigerator,
oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus all the glassware, crockery,
cutlery, kitchen utensils and storage containers that you would normally
have at home. |

|
The two ensuite bedrooms are both around
13' x 13' and have built in wardrobes. The entry level ensuite
bedroom is pictured below. The second level bedroom's ensuite, also
pictured, has a large whirlpool tub and nice views of the mountain. The
third level bedroom is 24' x 12' but has a sloping roof over half
the area. The third bathroom, which houses the washer / dryer is on the
entry level.
